I´m about to go commercial. I breeded long on this and I even hate the word "commercial". It´s just- too long I scrubbed around in factories, quays and warehouses to earn my daily money. I found picturesque stuff and inspiration round there btw, but come home too tired to even hold a pencil. I also attended a University once, but I hate theoretics and the lack of physical action. Somehow, on weekends and holidays, drawing and painting became my REAL job... I mean, as a kid they told me "aw you´re talented, draw something nice" and I ended up doing a portrait or a landscape paint now and then. keeping the so-called "not so nice" stuff by myself. Finally the web made it much easier to access cartoons, damsel fantasies and stuff that is NOT so Mainstream. Still, portrait and land-(or better: city-)scapes may remain a facet of my art, but I like to transfer it into comic action.
I found gentle people and even friends around dA who from the first day on graciously credited, commented and followed my art. Besides noticing my particular "own and unique style", a frequent advice given was: "do better and completed story writing" (somehow: no. I have preferencies and limits and I prefer the detailed Display of fashionable women in rude bindings to endless plot spinning - besides that I was never good in creating story lines...) and: "try get a better technical Equipment" ( I recently did but that tablet drawing still seems a bit "wooden" to me. Maybe later. Anyway my favorite will always remain a pencil and a sheet of paper and JUST START...)
Even more I followed others and I love to give commissions, if only for the "surprise effect" of my imaginations taken into images by others, and amazing stuff came out of that.
With every Piece I do or consume or commission, I learn. Sometimes a little detail "stolen" somewhere can complete a whole picture.
Also some vague attempts of co-working with others have started, which is highly welcome.
1)I created a Patreon account, pls check if you like:
2) my upcoming Comic pages will be offered alternatively as a Premium Content wth 5 additional pages of similiar settings and more evolving of the scenery.
In case you decide for a purchase download, feel free to give me feedback, but I´ll give my best to make you satisfied.
3) I´m doing commissions from now on. I´m breeding on the details of a commission sheet, but for now just feel free to ask, mail me - Prices won´t be high for the beginning and can be discussed- only note that still my preferencies, my style and NOT a technically HD product are the guideline. Giving commissions I preferred those who were accompanied by mail contact, checking previews or reference pics, discussing lot of details together and both sides having joy in evolving it.
thanks, have fun, see ya
